Last week from the Intercultural Competencies workshop that has been provided in Groningen in Cooperation with VluchtelingenWerk Noord-Nederland & MJD Groningen 🌐
During the session, we have discussed the meaning of culture and the cultural shaping factors. Also, we have learned how to establish an internal third culture (The International Mindset 🧠), and how does it drives to successful integration in a new society, but also, especially at any workplace 💼
And finally, we have provided some tips and tricks that should know while entering the Dutch labour market 💡
We are so proud of these 14 participants who are trying to find their ways to the Dutch labour market in order to be productive in Dutch society just as they were in their mother countries 🌟
